Optowell Resonant Cavity Light Emitting Diodes (RCLEDs)
Optowell
manufactures RCLEDs in TO-18 and chip packages with wavelengths from 650nm
to 850nm. making them suitable for use in data link communication, IEEE1394.b, home networking and sensor
applications.
RCLED stands for Resonant-Cavity Light-Emitting Diode using compound semiconductor. The advantages of RCLEDs are surface-emitting light, superior coupling efficiency, rapid responsivity and cost effectiveness.
