New Company Announcement
It is our pleasure to announce the formation of a new company, The Optoelectronics Company Ltd. The company will specialise in the distribution of innovative optoelectronic devices, initially offering visible/ IR VCSEL's and GaAs pin photo diodes from Korean manufacturer Optowell Co., Ltd.
With a proven track record in the photonics industry, having taken their previous venture from a start-up to a company with annual sales in excess of £5M and twice awarded the Queens Awards for Enterprise, the former founders of Photonic Products Ltd look forward achieving similar success with The Optoelectronics Company Ltd.
"This is a very exciting new venture for Damon Cookman and myself. Current global economic conditions will ensure the first 12-18 months will be very challenging but we are confident that there remains a strong market for innovative optoelectronic products." stated Managing Director Tony Pope.
The firms headquarters are based in Henham rural Hertfordshire from where it will distribute products worldwide.
