Resonant Cavity Light Emitting Diode's (RCLED's)
Optowell manufactures RCLED's in TO-18 packages with a wavelength of 650nm and maximum operating temperature of 70°C making them suitable for use in data link communication, IEEE1394.b, home networking and sensor applications.
